Reviews share people’s experience after they connected through MySeniorMentor.
Only someone who established contact with a mentor through MySeniorMentor can review that mentor. Mentors cannot review themselves.
We check that a contact through the platform exists and that both sides confirmed they got in touch. We do not know or check what activity took place, whether anything was paid, or how long it took.
Your overall experience: communication, friendliness, reliability and clarity. A review is not a verified record of completed work.
The average is the simple mean of all published 1–5 star ratings, rounded to one decimal, shown with the number of reviews.
Reviews are checked before publication for abuse, personal data and contact details. We do not remove a review just because it is negative.
If a review seems inappropriate, use “Report review”. A moderator will look at it.
